Functional Training......

There are many exercise methods and training techniques available. Some cutting edge and others ancient.  No one method or machine can do it all.  Most training methods can be done safe and with benefit.

Two things to remember:
One of the body's greatest abilities is adaptation. This means if you are doing the same old routine you have always done, your body knows how to do it efficiently and your time spent is giving you less benefit.

Also, the exercise methods you choose should be specific to benefit you in ways you need most , in ways that are driven toward you reaching your goals.  Better posture, better sport performance, greater wellness.
